The not so Victorian, Victorian cottage is placed nearly seaside with an adjoining light house, which works on occasion. There isn't much green, nor garden to be seen but instead wheat colored tall grass, and sand colored bushes. There is a kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a small guest room, and one full bathroom. Plus small closet space. It isn't very spacious, but perfect for a single person, a couple, or small family.
