Xx.. Attitude ..xX More endearing than Rem’s beautiful outward appearance is his wonderful personality, charm and temperament. He is extremely intelligent, patient, a naturally inquisitive nature, and seemingly a little intuitive as well, sensing his owner’s mood and responding accordingly. He often displays very mischievous behavior but is very gentle and does well with children who know the proper way to treat animals.
Lovable, gregarious, goofy, and always happy are words that describe Rem the best. This spunky dog loves to please others but although he generally loves everyone, he may be wary of certain strangers but has little to no guarding instincts.
He has a boundless amount of energy and thrives on being a member of everyone’s family. He will follow you , love and amuse you all day and every day and is a born gentleman with an aloof dignity.
Xx. .Likes ..xX
Water, running, playing Hide n’ Seek, and exercise.
Xx.. Dislikes ..xX
Big changes, Being left alone for too long, cats and chickens
Xx.. Fears ..xX
Does not like big changes, chickens, and being alone
Xx.. Strengths ..xX
Accommodating, affirming, loyal, outward personality
Xx.. Weaknesses ..xX
Indecisive, over excitable

Xx.. History ..xX Rem was born on a small property on Celestial Isle to a litter of three puppies. As soon as he was old enough to leave the basket he was born in he always seemed to lead himself into trouble (Bothering a neighbors cat and getting his chin scratched for example). When he was two months old he wandered onto a property and managed to dig his way into a chicken coop, but soon high-tailed his way out of there when a clucky hen who had been sitting on her eggs chased him out of the pen. He now has a fear of birds (particulary chickens) and will not have anything to do with them.
When he was three months old, Clementine arrived on the Island and took an instant liking to him. She now owns him and lives with him at Ti Amo. He now lives in luxury, pampered and loved dearly by his owner. He spends most of his days digging up Clementine’s garden, breaking flower pots, chewing on whatever he can get his jaws around and begging for scraps wherever he can find them around town.
Despite his over active personality he was, and is a fairly easy puppy to train, and although he isn’t quite house-broken yet, he is great at breaking the house.
Clementine named him after her favorite band R.E.M.

Xx.. Example Post ..xX
“REM!” Clementine gasped, looking vexed as she rushed out of her house, into the garden to find her 4 month old Golden Retriever pup with his head half buried in the soil in her garden. He looked up at her with a face full of dirt when he heard her voice, sneezed some of it out of his nose and looked up at her expectantly, lowered his head and curling his tail under his back legs. “Yes, you do know you have done something wrong!” She wore a harried expression as she kneeled over and looked miserably down at the torn up flowers she had planted, only yesterday. Rem’s tongue lolled out of his mouth as he wriggled onto his stomach, laying out flat and scooted towards her till he was at her feet. He then rolled onto his back on the grass and cocked his head to the side. Clementine sighed and sat down next to him and scratched his head. “You can’t do that.” She admonished him for his behavior a little more gently now, she smiled as he tried to lick her wrist, looking very pleased to be forgiven. “You are just a clown aren’t you?” She said affectionately.
It was his typical behavior. She wanted to teach him how to be a better guard dog; He could respond to simple commands very well like sit, stay, heel, roll, and come... She didn’t want an attack dog on her hands but she did want him to learn to stop a troublemaker and not lick his hand - Suddenly she heard a small chirping sound and a second later a small bird appeared on one of the pot plants near the door, rubbing it’s tiny beak under it’s wing. Rem noticed it too, and instantly sprung to his feet and dashed towards it, scaring the bird into flying off again. “See, that! You are nothing but a nuisance.” She shook her head and grinned as he sniffed his way back to the grass and flopped down onto his belly again, yawning loudly and closing his eyes. “Big baby.” His ears came up at the sound of her voice but he didn’t open his eyes as she dusted the soil from her hands.
I swear, if I find that puppy in my garden again he wont be eating dinner for a week. She thought to herself as she took whatever flowers actually looked salvageable and re-planted them. She then took the flowers that Rem had mutilated and tossed them at him. Again he raised his ears, but didn’t bother getting up.
